I’m a salesperson, not a coder. My sales process runs on Claude.

From a lead’s first email to the CRM, with zero manual data entry. More time with clients, less copying and pasting.

The problem

A salesperson spends more time moving information than selling. Every jump between tools means manual work and lost context.

So I connected them.

How it works

My process, step by step. Each step comes in, goes through Claude, lands in Notion and goes out.

Step 01 / 05

The lead

No lead is left waiting. The form lands in my inbox and I open the case in Claude: within minutes I know who’s writing, what their company does and whether we’ve talked before.

BeforeA “I’ll get back to you soon” and then digging to find out who they were.

Behind the process

What you don’t see is what makes it work. Connectors so Claude works inside my tools, skills so I don’t improvise, and Notion as memory.

Connectors

Inside my tools.

Claude reads and writes in them, and I stop copying and pasting between tabs.

  • Notionreads and writes
  • Slacksends requests
  • HubSpotupdates deals

Skills

What I repeat, I standardize.

Any task I do more than twice becomes a skill, with the same process and the same quality every time.

Notion

The system’s memory.

It’s taken for granted, and it’s the foundation: everything Claude knows about a client comes from there. Without Notion, it starts from scratch in every conversation.

What I don’t automate

AI prepares, I decide. Nothing reaches a client without me reading it.

The calls are mine. Granola takes the notes so I can listen.

Context beats the prompt. Results improve when you teach it where to look.

Relationships don’t get automated. The time I free up goes to seeing clients, not to sending more emails.

I didn’t code this either. I built it with Claude, on Astro: the code lives on GitHub and every change goes live on Vercel automatically.
