I'm Emiliano Moretti, sales director at Modulor Studios.

I was born in Buenos Aires, I've lived in Madrid for five years and I've been in sales since 2011. Today my sales process runs on Claude, and I write about it on this blog.

Where do I come from?

I'm Argentine and I lived my whole life in Buenos Aires, a city and a country I love. Five years ago I moved to Madrid. Spain opened its doors to me from day one, and this is where I live and work.

How did I get into sales?

I started working very young in advertising, at GroupM, a media agency. The first time a salesperson from a media platform walked through the office door, I saw him and thought I wanted to be him. Since that day I've worked in sales, and I'm still passionate about it.

How do I work today?

In early 2026 I started using AI seriously. For years I worked with the stack I was given, and for the first time I built my own.

What did rugby leave me?

I played rugby my whole life and some years I was team captain. Sharing a locker room and competing at a high level taught me a lot, above all about being a good teammate.

On defense, the team runs at the speed of the slowest player, so the line doesn't break.

An idea I've always liked, from when I played in the youth teams and in amateur rugby, where there are all kinds of bodies and abilities.

On the blog I write about four topics and recommend what I listen to and read. Mostly in Spanish, and some articles are translated into English.
